We’re here to fuel your day with great coffee and smooth service. If something arrives broken, wrong, or just not right — we’ll make it right.
❌ Sorry, No Returns on Roasted Coffee
Because we roast fresh to order, we can’t accept returns on coffee unless:

It arrived damaged, or

We sent the wrong product or variant
✅ We do accept returns for:

Incorrect items (wrong product or variant)

Damaged or defective merchandise (mugs, apparel, etc.)

Unopened, unused non-perishables (within 7 days of delivery)
To qualify, your item must be:

Unused and in its original packaging

Returned within 7 days of delivery
💸 Refunds & Resolutions
Once we’ve reviewed and approved your return:

We’ll refund the original payment method

Please allow 5–10 business days for it to reflect

If a refund isn’t possible, we’ll offer store credit or a replacement

🕐 Order Cancellation Policy
Changed your mind? You’ve got 1 hour after placing your order to cancel. After that, your coffee may already be roasting or en route — and we can’t stop the process.
To cancel in time, email us at info@nakedcoffee.in with the subject:
“Cancel Order #[YourOrderNumber]”
