Refund/Returns Policy


We’re here to fuel your day with great coffee and smooth service. If something arrives broken, wrong, or just not right — we’ll make it right.


❌ Sorry, No Returns on Roasted Coffee

Because we roast fresh to order, we can’t accept returns on coffee unless:

  • It arrived damaged, or

  • We sent the wrong product or variant


✅ We do accept returns for:

  • Incorrect items (wrong product or variant)

  • Damaged or defective merchandise (mugs, apparel, etc.)

  • Unopened, unused non-perishables (within 7 days of delivery)

To qualify, your item must be:

  • Unused and in its original packaging

  • Returned within 7 days of delivery


💸 Refunds & Resolutions

Once we’ve reviewed and approved your return:

  • We’ll refund the original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for it to reflect

  • If a refund isn’t possible, we’ll offer store credit or a replacement


📧 How to Request a Refund

Send an email to info@nakedcoffee.in with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos if something’s damaged

  • A short description of the issue

We’ll take care of it from there — quick and easy.


🕐 Order Cancellation Policy

Changed your mind? You’ve got 1 hour after placing your order to cancel. After that, your coffee may already be roasting or en route — and we can’t stop the process.

To cancel in time, email us at info@nakedcoffee.in with the subject:
“Cancel Order #[YourOrderNumber]”
